Love the Lady Code! Kim is an exceptionally talented lash artist and has given me the most beautiful natural lashes that last and last! I always receive many compliments on my lashes, and barely wear any makeup now that the lashes accentuate my eyes! We always try to choose and support local businesses instead of chains. You will be glad you chose the Lady Code!
I’ve purchased a Groupon coupon which will be expired soon. I’ve been calling them multiple times leaving them messages to call me back. No one is there to pick up the phone or even return your call to make an appointment for you. I’ve been waiting to use their services but it’s like calling a DEAD person. So unprofessional and unethical not to return multiple calls and leaving the customer on a limbo. Would never suggest them to anyone. I’m planning to get my money back and go somewhere that treat me right as a CUSTOMER!
