I actually enjoy living at The Lady due to its amenities and proximity to downtown. They have always responded quickly to any minor requests. Recently, I moved from a very low floor to a higher floor due to Noise pollution from dump trucks outside my window on the 1st floor. This was a great move since I really enjoy my new apartment, and the noise Issue was resolved. The lady is 10 out of 10. Both my parents and I feel completely safe with me living in the community. From the key entry to the elevator entry. I also want to shout out the maintenance man, Burt. He is so pleasant and so helpful. He initially came because there was a leak from my apartment but also took the extra initiative to insist on fixing multiple other things. When he was in my apartment it was as if he wasnt even there. Very kind, very polite, very passionate about his job and care.
My daughter and her boyfriend lived here for 2 years when they were in USC. I was very happy with management company, very responsive and quick! Highly recommended!
Had the chance to visit and it is a beautiful place. The staff and owners are great. Like most in-town apartments, price point is a pain but it is a great place from visit.
The best apartment complex with the best staff! The amenities are amazing and it’s within walking distance of everything. Maintenance is super fast as well I put in a request at 11pm and they were there at 8am the next day and it was a weekend. It is kept clean and tidy and the leasing office is always available if you need anything.
