Some of the worst landlords I have ever seen. My wife & I rented a house from them that had multiple places of water damage, mold & mildew all throughout, multiple weak spots in the floors, & a severe lack of insulation. When notified about the conditions, they failed to fix anything properly or even at all.

My husband & I rented from these people for 2 years and have had the worst experiences. We found MOLD in multiple areas of a house while I was pregnant & was told to 'spray it with bleach water'. They want to rig to fix things and be as cheap about it as possible. If you do something to improve their awful property, don't expect them to willingly take it off your rent, it's like pulling teeth. 0/10 would NEVER recommend to rent or buy from these people!
