This is my second unit. First was 2018 and my second I just picked up on Friday, both are custom made. I have done so much research into quality and price. And kapenzo is by far the best in my opinion. The first unit that I have history with I will talk about. No one outside family knew it was a wig. Do not trust them...robbed me of $1000. As they required me to order a wig without trying it on because they didn't have my size. When I picked it up, it didn't fit but they would not give me a refund or credit even though only tried it on once in front of them. It was a horrible thing to do to a person when they are vulnerable... never wore the wig ... ever! Shame on you! I don't know where to respond to the owner's reply since I never do reviews.
