Very disappointed with this business. I made an appointment weeks ago for last Saturday at 11:30 to try on wedding dresses. I arrived early and the business was closed. The owner called and said she was running late and wouldn't be there until 11:45. I shopped around the West Bottoms and the owner never showed up. I texted and she didn't answer until 20 minutes later saying she was just leaving her event. My family traveled over an hour for this appointment and she didn't show up. That is NOT acceptable. Showed up last weekend for my appointment at noon. We followed the signs to the third floor where all the lights were off. We knocked on one door for awhile until someone finally answered and told us they were with good juju and had never heard of the place. We knocked on the other door on that floor to no answer. I tried calling multiple times and we checked every floor.
