Our family has gone here for 15 years and knows a lab tech that is great. We contacted Bioreference before having bloodwork done. We were told it would be fully covered by our insurance. Then we get bills in the mail for hundreds of dollars. We called and contacted BBB, but the business does not take any responsibility for their mistakes. They also do not care about losing long-term customers. They send your bill to collections, but we never even received one in the mail first. Paula is Fantastic. This lady was doing everything. Checking patients in and then drawing blood for tests. I am a wuss when it comes to needles. I never even felt the needle when she inserted it in my vein. Paula is my Hero.

We love this lab. They always give excellent customer service and know how to do their job well. They find a vein for blood work.... real fast.

I love going to this facility for my lab work . Generally I don’t need an appointment , which is so nice . The place is welcoming very clean and Paula who runs the front office is so personable. I have needle phobia from a childhood experience and Paula helps me relax during the lipid panel being drawn. Before I know it ,she has already completed it which causes me no anxiety!

I'm so happy to have found this lab. I dreaded going to ×uest and ×ab corp! Bioreference is in a different class... Fabulous phlabotomists!!!!
