Lab technician insulted me by making an inappropriate comment. I really didn't appreciate it. She was unprofessional.
Had a horrible experience with a newborn. The receptionist was nasty from the moment we came in. Dismissed me when I asked her questions. When baby was screaming from pain she said ‘it’s good for his lungs’. And when I nursed him to soothe him after she asked me to leave because another patient needs to go in, although the office was completely empty!! Will never ever go there again.
