I had a great experience at this location. I called a few times before visiting and they patiently answered all my questions. They recommended that I set up an appointment online. When I arrived for my appointment, I was seen very quickly. The staff are friendly, kind, and efficient. I was very nervous about the blood test and they made me feel more comfortable. The RN was very patient and professional. I arrived on a Thursday morning around 10:30. Though she’s the only person in the lab, she was able to take care of the receptionist work and drawing blood swiftly. She did it all by herself while two other groups of people waited. She was skillful enough to draw my blood without any discomfort. I’d recommend this place.
Carpet is gone so no stains. The person who helped me was the only one there but she registered me quickly and took my blood quickly. She was very nice.
Slow paced friendly service . The carpet is stained and looks filthy. Not a nice look for a medical facility. It looks like someone can't find what they are lookin for with drawers and cabinet doors standing open. I will say I did not even feel the needle go in on the draw. Thankful for that. In general it looks like my insurance company or the medical group picked the lowest bidder. I would not choose to go here.
