I had a very similar experience as one of the reviewers. The Asian guy did the same thing with my 2 year old daughter. He just kept poking around to find the right nerve and said he couldn't draw blood because she is moving around too much (which she obviously was not as my husband was holding her pretty tightly). He told us to go find another lab to get her blood drawn. Most ridiculous experience ever!
I would say the most disgusting service i have recived ever in past is in this facility, the laboratory technician/Nurse a fat asian guy was soo soo rude. We went there for my 2 year old son blood tests he took us to the lab and ask me( Father ) to hold my son's hand tight so i did... he inject the syringe and keep moving it in my son's arm like he is playing some kind of game and then said sorry your son is to strong he is moving a lot( which he was not at all) because i have hold his hand tight.
