The woman drawing my blood at the Tempe location with short black hair did not wear gloves or wash her hands. She was touching the needle site trying to find my vein while the needle was inserted without washing or using gloves. Completely unprofessional and unsanitary. I also recommended to her to not try my AC because people often have difficulties accessing that vein and instead try my wrist. She ignored my guidances and poked my AC anyways and afterwards said “well I guess you did tell me” when she wasn’t able to hit it.... read more
