I just wanted everyone to know that I have been getting my hair done for several years at The LABoratory. I have yet to be disappointed! 5 stars for sure. Not to mention how welcoming they all make you feel. I'm grateful for all they do to make us feel and look beautiful!
I just got off the phone with the owner of the salon, Ruby and I am honestly shocked by how this situation was handled. She called me to tell me that I am no longer welcome at her salon and that I would be removed from all of their communications—which honestly made me laugh because I don’t receive any communications from them to begin with. As a military spouse, I’ve been to many salons around the country and even overseas. This salon is by far the most welcoming and creative salon I’ve been to! Heather is so good at listening to what I want for my hair and she always delivers, surpassing my expectations! Highly recommend seeing Heather (but it seems like anyone here would be a great choice).
