Receptionists are the face of a business, unfortunately, I spoke to the receptionist at this company and she was rude. Cold cut me off spoke over the top of me and didn’t let me finish what I needed to say and palmed off. The fact that I have a Deviated septum. I have a hiatus hernia and I have very severe sleep apnoea where I wake up over 500 times a night and My saturation oxygen goes quite low and I cannot breathe on and off during the night.
