Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The service was lacking, and the administration team particularly Isabeau was quite rude. There’s definitely room for improvement, and I’d recommend considering other options.
I highly recommend ‘The Lab Orange’ if you are looking for a sleep study. The rooms were spotless and comfortable with oversized bathrooms, more like a hotel than a medical facility which made a huge difference while being connected to all the monitoring equipment. I had a really positive experience, and the entire process was conducted in a professional manner before, during, and after my appointment. The staff were very friendly and kind, and took the time to clearly explain everything throughout the process. Dr Budhima was extremely helpful in answering my concerns, explaining the results, and providing recommendations to improve my sleep.
