I'm unfortunately disappointed by this experience. Firs, there's confusion with booking if you are new. I scheduled with Melissa via the online booking system. When I put the location in Google, it notified me the location was closed. I drove there anyway. Sure enough, there's a closed sign on the door. Not only that, the place has a different name. Had my hair done once by this business. The staff was very friendly. I am mixed and it's really hard for me to find someone who can do my hair. Unfortunately, This isn't the place for my hair type. Over all this is a well put together business. It's just not for me. I will recommend it to all of my white girlfriends.
