Great chai latte and exceptional barista 🫶 I appreciate the use of gender neutral language (they called me bestie instead of sir/ma'am 🤭🥰), and service was quick. The barista also made good conversation with another customer who seemed to be a regular. Overall, great atmosphere, wonderful service, and delicious chai!
Excellent flavored coffee, perfectly made cappuccino! Very friendly service. Can tell they have a lot of regulars, and I can see why. Great local coffee shop and definitely worth a bypass of the chains for a visit.
I love this place. The coffee is great (and reasonably priced), the staff is super nice and friendly, and there's a power outlet everywhere. Plus there's always some cool new local art on the walls, it's great. There aren't a ton of food options, but the pastries are pretty solid. It's the perfect spot for getting a latte and taking over a table for a few hours to get work done. If this isn't the best coffee shop in Richmond, it's certainly a contender.
