This is my 3rd time buying a home, and this has by far been the smoothest process of them all. It felt easy because my realtor made it easy. I believe that he did a lot of heavy lifting behind the scenes to make things feel effortless. I toured about 6 houses, and the 7th being a virtual tour when I couldn't make it.
