Tom and Victoria are truly a great team. They made the process easy and straightforward. Tom was very friendly and not intimidating at all. Made a very stressful process manageable. I cannot recommend them enough!
Do not hire. He has no idea what he is doing, will not put the time into understanding your case, and lie to you saying that he is an expert. He made constant mistakes which showed he didn't understand the process, and I was sanction 10s of thousands of dollars, because I followed his advice. Keep in mind, I also challenged him on these things, but he said it was fine and I shouldnt be concerned about it. Tom Kurta and his staff, specifically Victoria, have been amazing to work with! I enlisted Tom's help for bankruptcy after i had to close my business in 2025 and was left with a mountain of debt. He was very patient with me, as we could not file my case for quite some time after I initially sought out his services. He made a lot of sense explaining the divorce process. However, we were unable to find adequate time to address the problems I was having trying to leave a bad situation. His pricing was reasonable. He did not seem to be prepared for how aggressive opposing counsel has been in my case.
