David is absolutely amazing! We met with several realtors and new immediately that he was the one. He is a great negotiator, was so patient with us as we walked through many houses, and never rushed us and was always honest in his evaluation of the properties. He is a great realtor and a great person, and I would recommend him wholeheartedly and without reservation!!

Super rude and didn’t know how to talk polite then phone call disconnected with no call back. Was very interested in buying a certain home because it’s in my desired location but no longer interested because of the horrible realtor. If your house was the one for sale in Encanto your realtor may had lost you a sale.
