Beth was great throughout our search and home purchase process. She answered all of our questions patiently and gave us valuable advice in a tough buyers market. We felt well served through the whole process. We will use her again when we are ready to sell. She has a casual yet professional demeanor, which we appreciated. She is frank with what she knows ( a lot of helpful insights!), and what she doesn’t, which is also very helpful. She really has her clients best interests in mind, always. Kelly sold my dad’s home as he moved an assisted living community this past fall, and she did a fantastic job. I live several hours away from Madison, and helping a parent move to assisted living and sell their home is hard - especially during a pandemic. Kelly was very responsive, and she thoroughly (and patiently) explained everything to me and my dad.
