I worked with Josh Krish during my condo hunt for over a year and he was always awesome to work with. He made sure he knew exactly what I was looking for in a condo, and never pushed me to move forward with any place that I wasn't 100% happy with. I really trust Josh's opinions and guidance, since he knows the Chicago real estate market inside and out. I would definitely work with Josh again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a place!
I cannot recommend Josh enough! He helped us through the transition of selling our old place and buying our current home. While the selling process went smoothly, our purchase was a different story due to a very challenging seller. Josh was our rock throughout the entire process. He stayed on top of every detail, kept us informed, and helped navigate the difficult personalities involved.
Josh sold my condo for me, he was excellent to work with from pricing to close.
We are very grateful to Josh! Our search for a next home was intermittent for four years, and Josh listened and stayed with us throughout many changes. We valued his knowledge and professionalism concerning the real estate market and the properties we were considering. But it was his kindness, patience and tenacity that led us to our ‘just right’ location, at last! We highly recommend Josh as an exceptional realtor!
We had an outstanding experience working with Josh. We greatly benefitted from his help in navigating our home purchase as out-of-town buyers. He coordinated multiple in-person tours around our limited travel windows, and we made the most of each trip we took to Chicago. Between our trips, Josh led us through Facetime walkthroughs that helped us evaluate homes quickly and confidently. No matter the hour, he's quick to answer questions, follow-up on requests, and keep us moving forward to our new home. Highly recommend!
