I cannot recommend Josh enough! He helped us through the transition of selling our old place and buying our current home. While the selling process went smoothly, our purchase was a different story due to a very challenging seller. Josh was our rock throughout the entire process. He stayed on top of every detail, kept us informed, and helped navigate the difficult personalities involved.
