I recently moved from another unit with a different management company and I have been nothing but pleasantly surprised with Krenger. The maintenance team is so swift and knowledgeable with repairs and the employees in the office are so kind and easy to reach with absolutely anything. The building stays clean with a cleaning service and they are very open to hearing concerns from tenants. Not to mention they are currently updating our entire building and doing deep cleans. Highly recommend renting from Krenger!
I’d give them 6/5 stars if I could! I had a truly ideal, absolutely painless experience renting from them for the past year and would continue to do so if I wasn’t moving out of state. We've been living at a Krenger property for several months now and have had a great experience with their team! We love the apartment and they've been super responsive to all of our questions and maintenance requests. Their management is very friendly and have gone above and beyond during the move in process, grabbing packages off the porch, etc. We would definitely recommend them!
Have been a very happy resident for almost two years now! Such nice kind people that run it. Maintenance is super attentive and quick. A great experience here.
Rented with Krenger for a year. Maintenance issues were always addressed promptly. Never had issues with bugs or anything like that. Building/laundry room was cleaned regularly. A great introduction to living alone!
