So I have reached out to this company many times by email and Phone. No response. I’ve called numerous times and got a vm from Steve Koval today saying they won’t take the case , this all based off of wrong information Kelly takes. I believe she does this just so she doesn’t have to take a case on. Don’t believe the 8 letters you get from this company or the raving reviews that are made. I believe they are from family and friends. Believe the reviews that are 1 star. If I could give zero I would.
