Shelley and the Kastner Team went way beyond what the average Realtor team would do to sell our house! They actually sold it three times...the first two did not close for different reasons. We had already moved to Florida so their team, checked on our house thru out the winter to make sure it was okay. Because we were remote, they helped us with small repairs that needed to be done after inspections by searching contractors that would do the work at a very reasonable cost. I could not be more pleased!!!
