Simply the best. Ariel and team go above and beyond with everything. Whole process was super smooth, transparent and fast. Level of service and attention to detail is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home or property.
Ariel and the entire KT team made the whole process completely seamless from start to finish! Going into this, we had no clue what we were doing, but they stepped in, took the reins, and made what could have been a stressful situation such an incredible experience. They guided us through every single step with professionalism and care. We couldn't be happier with our decision to work with them and would highly recommend Ariel and the KT team to anyone looking to buy or sell!
We had such a great experience working with Robin at Kormendy! She was incredibly communicative, responsive, and always available whenever we had questions or wanted to see a property. We really appreciated that she respected our budget and never made us feel pressured to go beyond what we were comfortable with. She was also found listings and opportunities we may not have easily found ourselves and genuinely looked out for our best interests throughout the entire process. We’re so grateful for her help in finding our home ... read more

This review is long overdue. Chris Behie was excellent at helping me secure a place to live when life changes happened rapidly. He took me through every step of the process to get my rental. He was quick to respond, provided clear answers (or got me answers quickly if he didn't know), and was understanding of my lack of knowledge when it came to renting. I can't thank him enough for helping me through this process.
