Coffe excellent, bakery excellent but service is no like welcome the two girls needs more tips to welcome people also the counter and tables awful dirty between customers nobody cleans tables I was there for about 45 minutes the girls needs who attended the counter needs a little more presentation about the personal impression hair and appearance well is a great location it has potential to be a great place for a cup of coffee and something different to eat sorry but I will like to come back i hope things will improve soon t... read more
all staff but especially camryn is so sweet + there’s such a nice atmosphere. coffee isn’t watered down which is sooo rare here, loved it!!
I’ve been to this location a few times and it is tragically slow. Even tried to online order one of the times and I was stuck sitting there for 10 minutes after it said my order would be ready. The line was small and manageable so I have a hard time understanding what could cause such a delay. May give them another opportunity just because of the Kookaburra name, but it’s getting harder with each visit.
My son and I had a lovely time at the Kookaburra in Nocatee! Hayden greeted us with such a warm, kind smile and great service! Wylie was also a shining example of a great staff member! We had terrific conversations! They worked tirelessly greeting, serving, and keeping everything as clean as a whistle! Later Spencer arrived and was also very friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working and helpful as we talked about the coffee shops history and Australian roots.
