They are very professional. At the start they created a notebook just for us that detailed everything about the process as well as several comparable home sales to help determine a selling price. They prepped the house prior to the viewing. The prep was very good. With just a few vases and decorations in just the right places, it made the house look so much better than just a big empty space.
