The home selling process isn't easy. Beata and Sara have sold two homes for my mother, with Sis and I doing the work of getting them ready for market. We were surprised at their suggested asking prices, thought they seemed high, but with their extensive marketing reach and knowledge of the area pricing, they were actually under for what both houses sold for, as both houses ended up igniting into some bidding competition.
