Here’s the deal: I REALLY wanted to love this place. It just sounds so heavenly!! However, even the incredible sounding Monte Cristo was simply not greater than the sum of its parts and those parts were mediocre. Also tried the sausage and gravy and found it to not be very flavorful. I did really love the raspberry and cream but found that it and the other fruit ones did not have enough fruit. Found them on Guy Fieris DDD. Excellent food, superbly made and delicious. Love getting these in the morning. A lot better than donuts and way more filling.
Absolutely love The Kolache Place, easily the best kolaches I've had. This is where my kids are excited to go for breakfast on their birthday
I live in Southern California. I frequently travel through the Salt Lake City area on my way to visit family in Eastern Washington. After discovering Hruska's Kolaches on DDD, I've been stopping to pick up kolaches every time I pass through on my way home.
