Absolutely unethical and retaliatory. This firm terminated me as a client after I raised a concern about their delayed response to an emergency involving my child. They gave me a deadline to sign a substitution form, then arbitrarily shortened it without notice and filed a motion to withdraw while I was in a scheduled appointment—after I had informed them I would sign that day. Mr. Kennedy's actions in my case are appalling. He disregarded a lot of things that I asked him to do. I see he "read" a lot of my emails but CHOSE not to respond to opposing counsel or to me to address any of my concerns. I also see that he did as LITTLE as possible in my case based on his 15+ years of experience as being a lawyer. He chose to make emails and suggestions to me even though it was NOT what I wanted or was in my best interests.
