Our experience was extremely favorable, enjoyable and successful! We consulted with James Knurek late November 2023, inquiring as to remodel, changes or improvements necessary before a spring sale. James was very professional at all times. He met with my wife and I and told us as to what needed to be changed or fixed in our house . This changed the look and the value of our house. He knew the market of our area, and he was able to price our house to where people would be interested. He was able to get the best price for us in a very short period of time (5 days). The closing went without a hitch and we had everything done within 5 weeks.
Used the Knurek team to sell my house in March 2024. James initially walked through the house with me and made recommendations for those things that might make my house appeal more to buyers while cautioning me against spending money on those that would not add value (some of which I had planned to do).
