Jason and Brian were outstanding guiding us with both the sale of our condo and purchase of our new home! Their network of attorneys, insurance agents and inspectors made completion much easier and efficient. Even when a title issue popped up, the Knox Bros were there to calm all parties and negotiate a two week delay in the closings. Highly recommend!!

Jason & Brian do exactly what you would hope your realtor would do - from the initial discussion to the concluded sale they were professional while offering a personal and sympathetic service. We were out of town for most of the transactions so their knowledge and determination were a huge assess to get us to a successful conclusion and a fair sales value.

Earlier this year in January I was looking at a condo in Stonebridge the Jason had listed…he was super helpful and responsive. That one didn’t work out…it happens:) In April he had another one listed that I made an offer on n was accepted…he represented both buyer and seller.
