I love food where I can taste deep flavor in the main ingredient, whether it's the meat or a side dish, and Bread-N-Butter delivers. I had some of the best fried chicken in Denver, perfectly breaded and fried to a deep dark golden crispiness. The sweet potatoes let their natural flavor shine through without being overwhelmed by brown sugar, and OMG the charred corn was a real highlight - smoky spicy juicy... I want that recipe!
