Experience could of been better. Communication between staff is poor. My first night inwas awakened by the carbon monoxide detector in my room. Come to find ou thankfully it was faulty batteries so they took it. I stayed another night and sadly they never came back to replace it which I'm sure broke some kind of code not having one in the room. Carpets need a good cleaning. One of the best hotels that I have stayed in.
Beautiful, Clean hotel!!! If you're planning a trip to knott's berry farms i highly recommend staying at the knotts hotel.
