I appreciate the time taken by Raymond and Gracie. They made this refinance process so EASY!!! I was dreading going through the closing process. Due to a horrible experience when closing on my house and my closing date changing multiple times due to paperwork. Going through Knorr was the complete opposite. They kept me updated on my status throughout the whole process and even communicated with me on the nights I worked late. I’m so relieved to have a lower interest rate.
