RecommendedGreat place to live. Well kept and amazing staff. The maintenance staff is ON IT. I can't even explain how important that is to me. Love the amenities and the CARES program. Food trucks, social gatherings (pre-COVID). It's a fantastic place to call home.

I loved there for 1.5y and they are amazing the best place I had lived! If your young, single, young couple or a small family this is the place you want to be! From the office true the neighborhood I had a very good experience, the guys from maintenance work very fast, no bugs, perfect pool, activities for the neighborhood! I was blessed there. Thank you for everything and this beautiful year I had there. Medero’s Family!

Great place to start out. I wouldn’t stay much longer than a year or two tops. There’s a lot of smokers and I have a family so there’s not much room to grow. Love the pool, gym, and Community events.
I love the renovations and the area of The Knolls! Great area, surrounded by nature and amazing facilities as well as fun community events!
