Not the best experience with using them to sell our home in NM. As first time home sellers I would recommend a different group. Find someone with compassion & who is willing to give guidance.
I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone
Do not trust this company. We can not live in our house we bought from kniffin. Not a truthful business. Kniffin hid a old rat infestation and sold the house as a new remodel. The house caught on fire too because of the counter top next to the stove. The fire department said the counter top was not code installed and the sealant is flammable. We was told to talk to their lawyer.
