When you're a customer here, it's like having a friend in the business, as they say. I drove an hour and a half to visit the store in person, and am I ever glad I did. I ordered from knife merchant and received the wrong knife. I contacted Meghan in customer service and she set me up with the original knife I purchased. Big thanks to Meghan she was very nice. I would recommend this company to everybody because of the great customer service.
Absolutely amazing customer service. Just on the phone with them now and they took the time to see if a certain oval honing steel would fit in a certain knife block (as most blocks won’t take a 12-inch oval steel). No guessing, no “well you can order it and see...” They physically inspected it for me. Wow - customer for life!! (Don’t even get me started on the quick shipping and great prices!)
Overall 5-Star great company! If you are the at home cook, or a professional chef definitely contact owner Chef David Holly or Meghan Holly and they will will point you in the right direction for your needs.
