La situation - plus centrale c’est difficile - les transports publics à toute proximité ET surtout les dimensions des chambres et salles de bain - très rare à NYC - le Rooftop avec vue sur Times Square
The Knickerbocker Hotel is a must stay for any one that wants to experience the best of Times Square. Service and staff second to none! The rooftop bar is New York at its finest. We were back at the Knick for Thanksgiving 2023 and it proved again to be the wonderful respite in the heart of Manhattan. We were back again in 2025 for two Broadway Shows (the Lyric and the New Amsterdam) and walked to both within a very few minutes.
Very disappointing experience with The Knickerbocker Hotel. My partner was charged almost $1,000 on his credit card at the beginning of the booking process, and to this day the money has not been returned. He contacted the hotel several times over the past month, but no one ever responded. No explanation, no assistance, and absolutely no effort to resolve the issue. I am extremely disappointed with The Knickerbocker Hotel. I was charged almost $1,000 on my credit card at the beginning of my booking process, and despite contacting the hotel several times, nobody has responded or resolved the issue. It is completely unacceptable that a hotel of this category ignores customers and does not address an unexplained credit card charge. After more than a month of waiting with no reply at all, I feel forced to warn others. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend The Knickerbocker Hotel.
