Amazing hotel
My stay at The Knickerbocker Hotel was a very disappointing experience, and I do not consider this property to be a true 5-star hotel based on the level of service I received. I arrived at the hotel on time, yet I was informed that my room was not ready and had to wait approximately two hours. During this time, the front desk employee, Paula, treated me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I love this beautiful, historic hotel! The staff is phenomenal and very welcoming! They are professional and make your experience memorable and luxurious. I stayed twice and I was upgraded with a breathtaking view! Room service was excellent! I can’t wait to visit again! I highly recommend! 🤍
