They are thieves. Charging you some fees and donations which are just an extortion… it is extremely loud and rooms are old and used to the limits.

Nice place to stay in NYC. Near Times Square, and a short walk to Bryant Park (and a grocery store). Service very helpful, and they lent us a kettle and cups so we could make our own tea. No mini bar, but there was a fridge in the room, useful for milk and juice. Rooftop bar lovely, they make an excellent espresso martini.

Great view, rooms were spacious and clean. Enjoyed the roof top bar. My only suggestion is to update the pillows in the rooms as they weren't quite comfortable but everything else was great about the hotel and loved being able to see Times Square from our suite.
