The scooter I rented a piece broke off from corrosion, which caused me to fall.The guy was rude to my husband and blamed the piece falling off on my weight, and that we rented a cheap scooter. I feel $65 a month is not cheap.They never asked for my height or weight when we initially rented the scooter. No respect for customers, or concern of injury due to their scooters. Not sure if they do maintenance on the scooters upon return. I will never recommend or use them again.
NEVER GO THERE BAIT and SWITCH Terrible service. Add on KSL said $12.50 a week, pick from 8 different scooters. When I went in store I was quoted $90 for a two week minimum. Asked about the ad, and asked if he could match what was said online. He said no, that’s only for kids scooters (under 4 feet tall) No mention of that in the ad. As I was walking out the door, I said I felt the ad was misleading, he began yelling at me, swore at me (in front of my child) multiple times dropping the F bomb. Renting the scooter was the best thing I could have done! Without the scooter I wouldn't have been able to chase my one year old and go out for Christmas. The guys are really nice and helpful. Thanks!
