Genuine word (s) of advice- when a new patient comes in for an initial visit, remember, the patient isn’t the only one being evaluated, the NP, and the clinic as whole, is being looked at and examined by the new patient. The very last thing any NP should do is pick up a cell phone, even once, undivided attention is paramount, if anything this is disrespectful. Take notes and keep the conversation relevant to the patients needs. I wish you all well.
I would like to say that the Kite Clinic is a clinic that doesn’t judge you, and treat everyone equally. Also, I would like to say Sonya is great with the patients, she gives them that warm welcoming smile. Ms. Laura Kight has compassion for her patients and makes sure that every patient is taken care of when it comes to their mental health or their addiction. Everyone is somebody, and she caters to her patients as well as her staff wellbeing.🥰
