I will never shop here again. My husband purchased for me a Wusthof knife for Christmas. It was one I already have, so I went back the day after Christmas with receipt in hand and they would not refund me the money. It has to be a credit to the gift givers card! I love to cook and frequent the store and my husband buys high end gifts for me from Kitchen Collection. I will tell him no more...What an absolutely ridiculous policy and it cost you this customer.
All those kitchen items that are hard to find you can find here for very reasonable prices.
Update: I am sincerely impressed by The Kitchen Collection response to my concerns. They went above and beyond to address my complaint and make things right. Thank you for caring about your customers! Truly a very reputable company. If I could, I wouldn't even give one star. The customer service representative was extremely rude to both my husband and grandson. My husband was looking at the kitchen timers and the rep came over and told him he couldn't test them, so he walked away. She proceeded to follow us around the store ... read more
