This is a great hotel with terrific service and amenities! Have had a great experience here. It's walking distance to the universal studios amusement parks. Very kid friendly! Would easily choose to stay here again!
My family, friends and I stayed at your Hard Rock Hotel in Universal Studios at Orlando, Florida for the week of Nov 1st thru Nov 8th, it was a total of 15 of us and we were very disappointed. First of all the hotel is in a nice location and very nice looking, but the service was terrible and we have never felt more nickel and dimed before. everything about this hotel was great! the rooms were huge and beautiful.The staff was friendly and helpful and the proximity to the theme park was wonderful!

This is one of my favorite Hard Rocks, it's huge and located in Universal City Walk. The food is always good and the atmosphere is always fun.
We had a great time at the hard rock hotel. It is so close to Universal Studios you can walk! I loved the rooms too. It was really a great trip.
we have stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel several times and it has never let us down. I love the look of the place and the rooms are nice and have plenty of room. My kids loved the pool area.
