Just been advised that I have been taken off the books. Due to cancelled appointment on the day. Have been waiting for the practice to contact me for a new appointment. Received examinations and treatments from the surgery and my teeth still look the same as they did when I walked in. Poor care considering I was paying for trearment.
Not the cleanest place to go to most of the staff left to work with dentist who used to work there now private. I’ve gone to a private dentist now @ had no pain getting work done you get what you pay for
I have always disliked having any dental treatment, before any appointment i would become a quivering mess and need to stay close to a toilet!. Yes a grown woman who is petrified of the dentist. With continued care ,empathy and compassion from the team, l am now much more comfortable when having any dental treatment. Never at any point have the dental team made me feel stupid, they have been amazing. I now worry less about having any dental treatment done, I still don't like it (i don't think anyone does) but the improvement... read more
Would recommend this dental practice. Janet has been my dentist for over 20 years, lovely friendly caring lady, puts you at ease and explains everything to you
