DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS ! In my opinion, this place is not kid friendly at all and By far the worst apartments I have ever lived at.
I toured Kinloch after deciding to break my lease and move to a larger apartment closer to my office. Finding a community with strong, reliable management was a top priority for me, as my current building has been the complete opposite. From my first interaction with Sydney while scheduling the tour, she stood out immediately. She was responsive, flexible, and genuinely pleasant to communicate with. We've been residents for two years, and both management and maintenance have been exceptional. Starting with special accommodations needed in order to move in, to every maintenance service request, its been perfect. Highly recommended!
We toured Kinloch this weekend and in both scheduling and during the tour, Syndey was organized and had the answers to all our questions. She clearly cares about the community and made it easy for us to be very interested in moving here. Would recommend her and the buildings seem very clean and comfortable.
