Pam and the clinic offered supportive, clear and practical advice. My orthotics have been made for a range of footwear from shoes, trainers to sandels (suggested for me). The advice was easy to follow, starting with an hour a day. I experienced zero issues following this advice. I am so happy and relieved to be knee pain free, even with lifting weights and hiking.
An incredible experience. I spent three months suffering with an ingrown toenail waiting on military base appointments with zero luck, so I reached out here. Not only did they accommodate me immediately, but Sally took care of me like family. She is a real gem. She guided me through the toughest parts of the procedure with so much patience and reassurance that it went by seamlessly.
