Sarge was amazing, very patient with my reluctant 5year old. Went through each piece of equipment and made him as at ease as possible. Not budget cut prices - but you get a lot better than a budget cut. Thank you!

Will not be returning, Multiple times showed up for a booked appointment to find out they are running behind. I’ve witnessed first hand while getting my hair cut there, a walk in came in came which they squeezed him in while 5 min later the booked appointment showed up to then be informed that the barber was running behind. I was called 10 min before my appointment to be told there was 2 people waiting ahead of me. I live out town so that was frustrating. Used to be a regular until I booked a full service the night before going away for a trip. My appointment generally takes one hour and i showed up for what would have been the last appointment of the day. For the first time ever, i showed up with 2 guys ahead of me still and I overheard the one saying they were friends of the barber and he squeezed them in. With less than a half hour to closing i just left. Will try other barbershops downtown from now on. No hard feelings, business is business i guess....
