this place has about the best condo management possible. the staff is responsive, helpful, and always friendly. i've never had a maintenance request take more than a day to action. the facilities are always clean and orderly, from the clubroom to the gym. i especially loved how clean the bbqs were. thank you to the maintenance, concierge and custodial staff who made this such a great place to live! yall are superstars
Os and the Bozzuto team are super quick to fix urgent issues. My AC stopped working and Os came to fix it the same day I put in a request. Really appreciate the speed, fast turnaround, and friendly service. The leasing office and Bozzuto team really take care of residents. Thank you!
I love this apartment. It’s very clean and spacious. The apartment provides free yoga classes every Tuesday morning, which I enjoy—it’s a great perk for residents.
Visiting my friend at the Kingsley is always a treat! Amazing staff, always gracious and helpful. Shout out to Zoya at the front desk! And huge props to Danny in maintenance!! When the dishwasher began leaking all over the floor (and the kitchen sink stopped draining), he was here in minutes and started to troubleshoot, determined to fix it and not spoil the weekend. He even went to another property to get the needed tool. Highest possible praise for his successful efforts on our behalf.
Location in old town is excellent . Staff very helpful especially maintenance department
