I've been at the Kingsley since September 2024, and apart from the noisy doggo upstairs I love living here ! Special shout out to the maintenance crew of Oswaldo and Daniel - super professional yet friendly and easy going! As a homeowner for several decades, the luxury of having these gentlemen fixing whatever is broken/needs replacing without the hassle of finding/dealing with random contractors is worth every penny!! I've lived at the Kingsley for three years now, and I'm consistently impressed by the level of service Oz and Daniel in maintenance provide as well as Zoya, Brianna, and Brandi at the front desk. Oz and Daniel respond to service requests at lightning speed (and are always happy to do it!), and with Zoya leading the front desk team, I know my questions will be answered/problems can be solved with their help. Great place to live! Os, the maintenance manager, is incredibly helpful. Anytime we have any questions or need something fixed, he is very quick to come help us out. He does a great job!
Toured as one of several apartments we are considering in the area. Seth was friendly and professional and provided a useful guide to the apartment units and amenities, which aren’t new but are undergoing tasteful renovations. One resident in the elevator shared in passing how much he has enjoyed living there—always a good sign!
