We have lived here for almost 4 years and feel lucky to live in such a well managed Bozzuto building. The concierge staff, especially Zoya, are so welcoming. Zoya is so incredibly attentive and kind! Our few maintenance issues have also been resolved quickly by the team. We feel so at home living here!
The building itself is in a great location and beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, but what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Seth from the leasing team made the entire process smooth and as stress-free as possible. He was accommodating in ways that are really hard to find anymore in customer service - happy to explore outside the box options, talk through hypotheticals, patient and with a smile the whole time. I wanted to share a my thoughts on the Maintenance team at the Kingsley. Both Danny and Os are friendly and helpful, and show a genuine concern for the well-being of the tenants. We always appreciate quick response to our problems. Well done, and as always thanks!
We moved from California to Alexandria and were in desperate need of an apartment where we would feel home. There were too many options but as soon as we entered the Kingsley we were convinced that this was home. From the absolutely beautiful lobby to the concierge service and our lease agent Seth who made the whole process go so smoothly with his professional and kind appearance. The whole place is just sparkling. We will highly recommend the Kingsley.
this place has about the best condo management possible. the staff is responsive, helpful, and always friendly. i've never had a maintenance request take more than a day to action. the facilities are always clean and orderly, from the clubroom to the gym. i especially loved how clean the bbqs were. thank you to the maintenance, concierge and custodial staff who made this such a great place to live! yall are superstars
