This address is closed. I called and they moved to 113-09 same strip 10min walk down 6min train ride which is a waste if you hop on the train or bus. They are positive people and have a lot of information. I give this place a 5 because the receptionist in the front is kind. And the guy is very good.
It's the middle of the day and it says they're open but they're very obviously closed. Waste of time driving over there to get something fixed

F R A U D . They not even open wasted cab money lugging around a scooter that needs a backtire. They don’t answer the phone
The owner is rude, cannot speak fluent English, terrible communication, doesn’t respond to phone calls/text messages and their ONE mechanic is clueless. I don’t know what possessed me to buy a $3,500 scooter from them. There’s been endless problems since. I regret it completely! I will go elsewhere as he suggested when I came in earlier for a tire repair. I realize now they sell refurbished scooters for retail price plus more! I should have listened to the reviews.
