Overall bad experience. Probably the worse apartment experience. The air conditioner unit leaked water on the carpet, causing multiple pairs of shoes to be ruined. The windows weren't properly sealed, so water got in any time it rained. Even still I paid my rent and bills on time for every month on the 6 month lease. Cleaned up before I moved. Even still, I didn't get my deposit back. Now, over 3 years later, they are saying I owe them money. Would not recommend for anybody.
If I could leave a zero I honestly would this apartment complex was my worse experience it’s was given to me dirty, my car was broken into and I had 2 break ins that they broke into my home I asked the office to call me everyday by email and I took it into my own hands to leave the apartment for my kids safety and my own safety. No one responds still to this day with that being said I don’t recommend this place to anyone with children honestly it’s horrible here
I was drawn to these apartments in the summer, because they were somewhat tucked away in the south KC area, and was so pretty here in summer. The rent was pretty cheap and the apartments were pretty luxurious for the price which was my favorite part. I dealt with professional staff, and not once, was anyone ever nasty with me. They were very accommodating and fixed my problems in a timely fashion. Google fiber was free and I never had connection issues like with Spectrum.
