Alex is incredible!!! He is professional and clearly an expert in his field. Alex spoke to me prior to our appointment provided me with a VERY reasonable estimate and explained how he would clean and sanitize my carpets. On the day of the appointment he was timely, neat and efficient. My carpets look and smell fantastic !!! Sorry I didn’t do this sooner but i’m so happy with the results and will definitely use this service again! i highly recommend The King Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Service!!!
Alex is the best , He does an excellent job , shows up on time , left my carpets like NEW. Would highly recommend .
This has by far been the easiest and most professional company I have ever dealt with. The owner, Alex, picked up his phone immediately and we spoke about getting an estimate on my staircase rug. He came to the house in person. After I agreed to his reasonable price, we made the appointment that same week. He did an amazing job. The rug had never been professionally cleaned in over 30 years. Rug looked almost new. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend him to my friends, family, and neighbors.
