The name speaks for itself, Kim is fantastic. I love her enthusiasm, passion and endless knowledge in healthy living and lifting. After a difficult spine surgery she pushed me and believed in me when I questioned myself. Starting from day 1 after years of working out was mentally and physically challenging. I’m not a big reviewer but feel the need to do so here. What you’ll get with Kim is not only knowledge but real life experience. She’s walked the walk ( in 👠’s ) and on the mat! I’ve had prep coaches and instructors in the past but never have I had one want me to succeed more than I did🙌🏼 She’s the deal people! Thank you Kim and I look forward to the next show!!
