Kim is very professional, kind and treats her clients well. She always has a house warming gift awaiting the new buyer in which is the most thoughtful thing someone could ever do. She has went out of her way to show property all hours of the night because that's how devoted she is for her clients.

Kim DeLapp is an amazing realtor! She made me feel as if she had only one client....me. She was instantly accessible to answer questions and address concerns. She went to bat for me to get the best deal. I give her 5 stars because "10" isn't among the options, and it should be for Kim and her whole team!
